I have always trained with the simple goals to be the best I can, and enjoy the sport and lifestyle.

I’m a Mum and ex-Professional Triathlete, who works as an HR Consultant, as
well as balancing my passion for coaching and developing others. I took up
Triathlon in 2005, and quickly became a competitive age group athlete winning 2
Australian titles and turning professional in 2007. As a professional athlete I
achieved a high level of success competing at World Championships, securing
over 25 Professional Podiums- including an Australian title and 5 Ironman
podiums, whilst also balancing my busy corporate career.
I started coaching in my early years and have always loved to help others perform at their best. Whilst coaching for many years this has been my primary focus since stepping back from professional racing in 2013. I play a very active role in the triathlon community at camps and events, and with limited time to train I now enjoy competing as a age group athlete. I love to work closely with athletes of all ages and abilities and drive high performance and participation, particularly of females within the sport.
